Cerumen management is a preventative maintenance procedure. Our Doctors use the curettage wax removal technique via video otoscopy. Our Doctors will work with hearing aid patients on routine ear care and set a quarterly schedule for cerumen removal and follow-up visits when necessary. Should cerumen management not be achieved by this method, our Doctors will refer the patient to their primary care physician or Ear, Nose, and Throat Physician for alternate removal options.
